LoadSlammer Adaptor

Introducing the solution to ASIC power supply testing

The LoadSlammer Adaptor allows you to emulate AC and DC loads and accurately measure the power supply’s response to a target ASIC without the need for the silicon to be present.

Need to Order? Need Technical Specifications?

Design and Validate with Confidence

By mounting in the same location using the same method as the ASIC to be tested, the LoadSlammer Adaptor is accurate and easy to use.

Simple Pass/Fail indicators make it easy to understand if your design is meeting target specification.

Use the standard LoadSlammer family for baseline testing, and step up to the LoadSlammer Pro family for advanced testing.

Powerful features like our 3D sweep testing makes finding problems easier than ever.

Ordering Information

As our LoadSlammer Adaptors are custom-built to fit your needs, price is determined by package size, pitch, and the amount of sense or measure points required.

Package size is based on either solder ball count or BGA grid size, with each category defined by maximum solder ball count. Choose the highest amount that your count or grid size does not exceed.

For pitch, choose the pitch option closest to your actual pitch.

Note: The following are examples for estimate purposes only. Actual cost may vary based on your needs.

Up to 32x32 BGA (1024 Balls)

Up to 45x45 BGA (2025 Balls)

Up to 55x55 BGA (3025 Balls)

Up to 64x64 BGA (4096 Balls)
